How We Collect Personal Information

CBOSS, Inc. does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. CBOSS, Inc. keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within CBOSS, Inc., in order to determine what CBOSS, Inc. services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within CBOSS, Inc. to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

We will retain Personal Information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as set out in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law. We will also retain Personal Information as required to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have obtained Personal Information from an individual under the age of 16, we will delete such information in accordance with application law.

Your Choices

Communication Preferences. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out of future emails by following the instructions provided in our emails. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect our administrative emails to you.

California’s “Shine the Light” Law. If you are a California resident, you are entitled, once a year, free of charge, to request information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Information for Users Outside of the United States

If you are using the Services outside of the United States, please be aware that CBOSS is based in the United States and information we obtain through your use of the Services will be transferred to, processed, and stored on our service in the United States. The data protection laws and regulations that apply to your Personal Information may be different from the law in your country of residence.
